1. Our Store and Products

The Artisan Supply Co. offers products for slicing, serving, and storing homemade bread, including the Precision Bread Slicer and Botanical Bread Bag.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides our ecommerce platform. The Artisan Supply Co. is the seller and your contact for product, payment, delivery, and return questions.

2. Product Information and Included Contents

Please review the product description, dimensions, selected option, price, and included contents before ordering.

Unless a listing states otherwise, the Precision Bread Slicer and Botanical Bread Bag are sold separately. Bread, food, decorative items, and other photography props are not included.

We aim to display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. These variations do not excuse a materially inaccurate description, defective product, or unauthorized substitution.

A pairing offer does not include a discount unless a discount is expressly stated and applied to your order.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the website. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are shown before you complete payment.

You must provide accurate billing information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

We may update prices for future orders. We will not increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

If a material pricing error or availability problem prevents us from fulfilling a paid order, we will contact you and provide any refund required by applicable law.

4. Orders and Fulfillment

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate order and delivery information.

We work with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners who may prepare and ship products directly to you. Fulfillment locations may vary by product and stock availability, and items in the same order may arrive separately.

We remain responsible for addressing your order concerns. A supplier’s policies or refusal to approve a claim do not remove your rights against The Artisan Supply Co.

We may decline or cancel an order where lawful, including when an item is unavailable, information necessary to fulfill the order is missing, or a transaction appears unauthorized. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide any required refund.

5. Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours after a completed order is received.

Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly offer a guarantee. Carrier disruptions, destination, and customs processing where applicable may affect transit time.

If we cannot ship within the stated shipment period, we will provide any required delay notice and cancellation or refund options. These terms do not waive your rights concerning delayed or undelivered orders.
